Impact

COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATION

By #FLAMINGo
  • FLAMINGo will demonstrate that the developed materials follow the current and forthcoming ELV directives and will not pose any threat to current recycling practices, but on the contrary, exploit their proven effectiveness.

  • The assessment of the cradle-to-cradle life cycle of FLAMINGo components will be compliant with more strict regulations related to circularity, which will be on a more sophisticated level in the future. Acting on the complete circular supply chain, FLAMINGo can provide specific data on environmental performance throughout a vehicle’s lifecycle.

  • Zero-emission targets, which are expected to apply also to the material level, can be met by FLAMINGo solutions as long as electricity grid production is also compliant with those targets, no use of carbon or fossil fuel is necessary at any stage of the manufacturing and processing.
