The FLAMINGo and LEVIS projects are funded under the same topic (LC-GV-2020) for advanced light materials and their production processes in the automotive applications under Horizon 2020 EU funding scheme. Today, they met up and discussed possible collaborative activities among the two projects for boosting the impact of their project’s results. It is expected dissemination of co-organized activities to be followed with coordination among the two projects. Both projects focus on the decrease of the weight of the electric vehicle. FLAMINGo goes with an aluminum-based approach while LEVIS with a CFRP approach.
