On October 11th, our consortium concluded an Innovation Management training session led by AXIA Innovation, our exploitation manager. This session, orchestrated by the European Federation for Welding, Joining, and Cutting (EWF), delved into pivotal areas:
🔹 Exploitation Path: Navigating the journey to maximise innovation utilisation.
🔹 Categories of Exploitable Results: Understanding diverse outcome types for effective use.
🔹 Protection by IPR: Ensuring safeguarding through Intellectual Property Rights.
🔹 Exploitation Strategy: Crafting effective strategies for leveraging innovations.
🔹 Exploitation Route: Determining optimal pathways to derive value from developments.
🔹 Commercial & non-Commercial Routes: Exploring avenues for both commercial and non-commercial use.
🔹 Exploitation Routes aligned with TRL: Aligning with the Technology Readiness Level for efficient utilisation.
🔹 Levels of Development: Evaluating stages of progress and refinement.
🔹 External and Internal Analysis: Assessing external and internal factors influencing innovation implementation.
This insightful training equipped our consortium with invaluable knowledge for maximising the impact and utilisation of our innovations.
