
We are thrilled to announce that our much-anticipated meeting at Brunel University London is currently taking place from July 16-17, 2024! This important gathering brings together our dedicated team and esteemed partners to discuss the latest advancements in lightweight aluminum technologies specifically designed for the automotive industry.
The first day of the meeting was a productive session, providing a valuable opportunity for the consortium to finetune the next technical steps towards the successful completion of the FLAMINGo project. Our discussions focused on optimising innovative processes and technologies that aim to revolutionise the use of aluminum in automotive applications. By enhancing the performance and sustainability of aluminum components, we are contributing to the development of more efficient and eco-friendly vehicles.
This meeting also facilitated in-depth discussions on our progress and future plans. Team members presented their latest research findings and shared insights into the technical challenges and solutions that will drive the project forward. The collaborative spirit and expertise of our consortium were on full display, underscoring our commitment to achieving the project’s objectives by early 2025.
